Foozy uses OpenAI's API to analyse food images and generate recipe suggestions. When you upload images or submit text for recipe generation:

• Data submitted via the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI's models
• OpenAI may retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse and safety monitoring, after which it is deleted automatically, unless legally required otherwise

Foozy does not permanently store uploaded food images after processing, unless this is necessary for a feature you actively use and is clearly explained within the App.
